Before establishing the Chambers, Vyapak headed the International Disputes and Investigations Practice and Capital Markets (part of Corporate Transactions- M&A/PE) Practice at Nishith Desai Associates (2005–2025) and previously practiced as an Advocate with Singhi & Co.
Vyapak advises clients across diverse sectors—including technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, franchising, energy, insurance, and financial services—providing strategic pre-litigation guidance and representation before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and key tribunals such as SAT, NCLT, and FEMA authorities. His international experience spans leading forums including LCIA, SIAC, ICC, and ICDR-AAA, among others.
In addition to his counsel practice, Vyapak regularly sits as an arbitrator and is also a trained mediator.
Vyapak is Vice President of Arbitration Bar of India (ABI), Co-Chair of the Council at Mumbai Centre of International Arbitration (MCIA) and Director of the India Branch of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators , UK (CIArb).
